The history of the foundation was formed in 2001 as a result of close and effective cooperation with the Swiss Diaconia International Charity Organization. The programs became multifaceted, involving large and underprivileged families living throughout Armenia, orphans, children with disabilities, Armenians who migrated from Syria, and families affected by the
Artsakh conflict. Food, clothing, improvement of living conditions, support for education and health sphere and for organizing agricultural works. The foundation implements small and medium development programs both in Armenia and Artsakh. The largest of the programs implemented by the foundation is the construction of the Huysi Avan district, 78 private houses for 500 inhabitants.
